Video: Awkward Performance Review

Performance reviews can be incredibly awkward if not managed well.

Generally speaking, if performance is managed poorly all the time it puts everyone under a lot of pressure when it’s performance review time. That’s where things can go wrong.

I like this video because it shows just how bad things can get when people aren’t communicating properly.

It’s cringe-tastic, but it doesn’t have to be. What could have been done to avoid all of this mess?
