The news surrounding the aftermath of Typhoon Haiyan and its impact on the Philippines is getting more and more dire. This was a tremendous storm, and it packed an unprecedented punch. The LA Times has said that it “makes Sandy, Katrina, look like weak cousins“.
With all of this suffering going on, it felt silly to be mulling over writing this week’s blog post on human resources something or another. So this go around, I want to encourage you to do something, ANYTHING to help. Above all, I want to encourage you to give to a reputable organization that will help the people who need it most.
I gave to the Red Cross. To do so…
Text REDCROSS to 90999 to donate $10 to the Red Cross. It’s quick and easy to do.
