If you’re looking for a new job (or thinking about it), I highly recommend checking out “Job Hunt Chat“, Mondays at 9pm central. Job Hunt Chat is a twitter chat that covers all things job search related, from interview do’s and don’ts to the changing dynamics of the workforce.
I make it a point to participate and offer insight in to what recruiters are looking for from job seekers from time to time. This past Monday, I had the opportunity to participate in a GREAT one!

How the chat works:
Talent management professionals from all over join the chat to provide answers and advice to a set of questions like “How should you prepare for Skype interview?”, or “How should you go about building your personal brand online?”, etc. The talent management pros are joined by job seekers who ask follow up questions and gather resources to assist them with their search.
