At SXSW Interactive last week I got to listen to Dan Pink in a conference session for the 4th time! It’s not that I’ve been forced into seeing him 4 times, it’s that I just so happen to have been at conferences where he has presented, and I really like what he has to say so I make it a point to attend his sessions.
His session at SXSW was “Fear, Shame, Empathy and Other Ways to Change People’s Behavior”. It covered a lot of ground including a story about how to persuade others with the right questions. I was lucky enough to stumble on this video that covers that story and more. Check it out:
