One of the best things we can do for our careers (and our lives) is to make a commitment to continuous learning.
When we stop learning, we make ourselves vulnerable to the forces of change rather than leading it. Thus, learning needs to be an “all the time thing”, not something you did in school, or in your first few years on the job.
