Ever try to change a habit?
Often, we focus on the behavior itself such as poor nutritional choices, procrastination, or punctuality. We think that by focusing on the “routine”, we can make a change that lasts.
Not so according to Charles Duhigg, author of “The Power of Habit: Why We Do What We Do in Life and Business,”. In this video, he explains that habits are comprised of more than just behaviors, and in order to make a meaningful change we have to factor in two other critical components.
