Workology: 5 Ways to Tackle #SHRM17 With Project Management

This month on Workology I wrote about how a project management approach can help attendees prepare and execute on a plan at the SHRM Annual Conference.

In the post linked below, I work through five phases of planning, preparation, and execution that will benefit conference goers of all levels of experience. The challenge, as with all plans, is to make time to plan and then follow through.
