I’m halfway through winter break, and as one does, I’ve spent part of my time catching up on articles I’ve had saved. Among them, are a few gems about the year that was 2017.
So before I share my personal Year In Review in a few days, I’m sharing a few reads that are a bit off the beaten path as we gear up for 2018. These articles are a breath of fresh air in a year that, at least for me, seemed to be full of events that made it exhaustingly anything but.
Each of these is well worth your time:
- The Top 10 Insights from the “Science of a Meaningful Life” in 2017
- How to be Happier, Safer, Healthier and Smarter in 2018
- It’s Not All Bad! 17 Things That Made the World a Better Place in 2017
And last, here is Google’s “Year In Search” 2017.
This year’s video is powerful in that it focuses on “HOW.” It’s telling what people searched for in a given year, and that story plays out in a way that helps us find ways to keep moving FORWARD.
