Hope Is Not a Strategy: Speaking at LEAPS 2018

In a few short weeks, I’ll be presenting at the Learning & Performance Summit (LEAPS), hosted by the San Antonio Chapter of the Association for Talent Development (SA-ATD).

Event Details:
Friday, September 21, 2018
7:30 am – 4:30 pm

I’ve been attending this event for a few years now, and every time I look forward to the people I will meet and the topics that are shared through keynotes and breakout sessions. THIS YEAR, however, I’m even more excited because I’ve been selected as a breakout session speaker!

Hope Is Not a Strategy:

I will be speaking on the importance of having an objective framework in place for managing talent development projects, and how to put PEOPLE at the center of your change efforts.

The work we do is too important to be left to chance.

Organizations change one person at a time. We have to not only plan better, we have to put the human beings who will be asked to change the way they work and interact with one another at the center of those plans!

If you are in Human Resources or Talent Development and are in the San Antonio area, I hope you’ll choose to join us on September 21. I’d love to meet you and learn from you!
