Sometimes the ideas we need to solve problems come to us through luck or moments of inspiration. Sometimes, solutions for problems arise when ideas are given the opportunity to bump into other ideas.
But for big, complex challenges (the kind we almost always face at work), we need to get beyond ideas and employ a process so that helps us build and test our solutions, maximizing our potential for success.
