Alamo

Today was my last day at the Alamo Colleges District.

It was hard. There were laughs, tears, and conchas…so many conchas!

I’m thankful for people who took a chance on me nine years ago, who mentored and coached me, who pushed me to grow out of my comfort zone, and in turn, to become a coach and mentor myself. I’m thankful for the friendships that have grown and will continue to grow in the future.

No one takes the next step in work and life without a network of people pushing them to take that next step.

I’m proud of what we accomplished, but so much more proud of who we are.

Relationships matter – don’t ever doubt that!
